Is Indian Head Massage safe?
- Yes. Consultations and therapies are undertaken in confidence. I am qualified to carry out Indian Head Massage and have professional indemnity and public liability insurance so you can be sure you are in good hands.
Frequency of treatment
- As part of a stress management programme, Indian Head Massage should ideally be carried out once or twice a week for maximum benefit. A course of four to six treatments is recommended.
- However, to aid relaxation, loosen up stiff muscles in the shoulder and neck or give yourself a special treat, occasional treatments prove very therapeutic and most enjoyable.
As a gift?
- You may like to give someone a special treat and some pampering. An Indian Head Massage makes a wonderful and unusual gift for a friend, colleague or relative.
