How I work
I work quickly and efficiently and will deliver a great deal of information - fast. My aim is help you get to where you want to be in the SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME while ensuring you get great VALUE FOR MONEY.
My approach is both forthright and gentle. I can be a sounding board for your ideas or a strong decision maker on your behalf.
My time is bought on a fixed price basis in two hour slots (you will be amazed at what we can achieve in two hours) - anything less will not allow enough time to achieve your, or my, goals.
During that time, I will listen to your wishes and dreams about what you want for YOUR business, enabling you to explore your ideas in a safe and supportive environment.
I will discuss with you solutions to any problems that might be worrying you and offer practical sound advice that really works.
What you can expect from me
As well as a shoulder to lean on, you will receive a one-to-one crash course in business management - simplified. I will show you exactly how a business grows and evolves and introduce you to tried and tested methods for success - as it applies to YOUR business.
I will de-mystify the jargon, for example, SWOT, AIDA, FUDGE, the four Ps, Life Cycles, Benefit Analysis, Cash Flow Forecasts, Breakeven Points and much more and show you how to use them to help your business grow.
I will show you how inexpensive marketing and promotion methods can reap huge rewards.
Where necessary, I can help with the practical side of things although where I feel others may be better placed to assist, such as in designing logos, printing, computer hardware and software etc. I will advise you accordingly.
I will open doors for you and gladly share with you my wide range of business contacts. Where appropriate, I will introduce you to business people who may find your services of interest, or alternatively, whose products or services you may wish to use.
